With over thirteen years in hospitality, she’s moved between Puerto Rico, Mexico, and beyond. Bars, restaurants, different teams — each space shaping her character and sharpening her intuition.
Today, she is a Brand Ambassador for Condesa Gin, but her favorite place remains the same: behind the bar. The connection with people, the rhythm of a team, the immediacy of service — that living pulse that can’t be replicated.
She works from the product outward. She likes to handle ingredients, understand processes, and bring culinary techniques into the bar when they add something meaningful. Never forced. Never overcomplicated. Everything with intention. Everything meant to feel natural.
She’s also a mother — a role that has reshaped how she organizes herself and moves through the world.
She’s inspired by music and objects with history. Vinyl, especially. Salsa, disco. Playing a record isn’t just about sound — it’s part of her ritual, a way of setting the tone so everything flows.
Her favorite color is brown. Unusual, maybe — but for her, it’s grounding. A way to stay connected, to keep her feet on the earth.
Her cocktail of choice is a dry martini with Condesa Clásica, a lemon twist, and two olives — not one, not three. Condesa Clásica is her poison of choice.
Lately, she has Kiss of Life by Sade (1992) on repeat.
